Service Description

Your plan manager is responsible for helping you keep track of your NDIS plan and make sure you receive the services you are eligible for. If a service provider sends you an invoice, they need to send it to your plan manager instead of directly to you. Your plan manager will check an invoice’s details, approve the payment and then make that payment happen through their online account with the NDIS. This means you don’t have to deal with any paperwork yourself – and it keeps your personal information safe!
