Community Nursing Care

Service Description

Nurses are the backbone of the NDIS, providing a network of healthcare services to people from many different cultural backgrounds, often with disadvantaged and marginalised backgrounds. Nurses work closely with their local communities and other nurses in community health work to battle illnesses and ensure general wellness. They identify barriers to healthy lifestyle and general wellness as they work with families and communities to empower individuals.
